Project execution services will be offered based upon our experience and expertise in the management of challenging and complex projects which range from; First Of A Kind (FOAK) equipment development and the entailing execution of the work with said equipment to field construction and/or install of pressure boundary piping and vessel components, utilizing traditional and automated tooling.
These projects were executed in the Nuclear, Oil, and Gas, Hydroelectric, Wind Turbine, and Marine industrial sectors across Canada, the USA, and worldwide.
ND Technical Services will be offering different levels of project execution support:
•Oversight or third-party support of the project.
•Planning and set up of the project concerning the scope of the work and technical challenges, based on the relevant codes and standards and PM best practices.
•Plan set up and manage the project through its life cycle. Ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and safety are managed to the client’s needs and expectations.
